Patient Portal
At Interlake Psychiatric Associates we encourage our patients to use our easy and convenient patient portal. Our portal is HIPAA compliant, private, and secure. It will allow you to send a secure message to your provider, access medication information, access to billing information, and more.

Are we taking new patients?
Yes! We are currently accepting new patients! Please check with our front office team for provider availability!
Do our providers take insurance?
Receipt InformationNo, our providers do not contract with any insurance plans. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare.
Our providers are considered out-of-network. We advise before scheduling an appointment to contact your insurance provider and inquire about your out-of-network benefits to determine if our practice is a good fit for you!
Patients will be provided with an itemized receipt once payment is received in full. This itemized receipt (superbill) can be used for the patient to self-submit for possible insurance reimbursement with their insurance carrier.
Do you offer in person or virtual appointments?
Our providers offer both in-person and virtual visits for established patients. However, for the initial new patient evaluations the patient must be seen in person. During the course of treatment your provider may discuss a preference for in-person office visits versus virtual online visits dependent on the patient's need.
Do our providers treat patients out of state?
PSYPACT StatesUnfortunately, our psychiatrists are only licensed in the state of Washington. If a patient's primary residence is outside of Washington they cannot be treated by our psychiatrists.
Dr. Natalie Hale is part of PSYPACT will allows for patients to be seen via telehealth in participating states.
What is the difference between psychiatric and psychological services?
Psychiatric services are offered by medical doctors (MDs), and typically treat and diagnose patients with a combination of medications and psychotherapy.
Psychological services are offered by licensed psychologists, and treatment involves a wide array of therapies focused on treatment of behaviors, emotions, and mental processes. Psychologists do not prescribe medications.
What ages do we provide services to?
Depending on the specific provider our practice can offer services to patients from ages 5 - 65 years old. Please talk to our front office team for specifics!
What conditions do our providers treat?
At Interlake Psychiatric Associates, Dr. John Pastor, Dr. Claire Pastor, Dr. Tina Lee, and Dr. Charles Wang are licensed in the state of Washington as medical doctors in psychiatry. They offer both medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. Natalie Hale is a clinical psychologist who offers psychotherapy, EMDR, and other therapies. Each of our providers can assess, treat and diagnosis a large range of mental disorders. See our provider page for more information.

How to get started?
If you are interested in moving forward with scheduling a new patient evaluation(s), or if you have any questions please contact our front office team!
Our front office team will obtain some of your contact information to setup an account for our online patient portal.
The portal will allow you to complete our new patient forms, and allow you to provide a payment method for your appointment(s).
Once you have finished the forms, please give us a return to call to schedule your first appointment(s)!
